・Questions
1.First, we practiced making phonecalls.we moved around and did practical activities. There were four situations, Leaving a Message,Selling your product, Requesting Travel Information, and Product Information. We made phone calls both sides, reciever and caller. Then, we did listening comprehension on page 18.

2.I enjoyed these activities very much, because four situations already have their information, I enjoyed thinking how to say on the phone. We learned the expression that how to start, ask and tell information. It was little difficult to say smoothly, but it's fun to use them. I want to talk more clearly and smoothly. And also, I want to learn more expression you'll use.

3. Some situations were easy, but others were very difficult. Requesting Travel Information was not so difficult. However, Leaving a message and Product Information were very hard for me. I couldn't tell a receiver the information I wanted to tell, because I didn't know the some words. And, Leaving a message the side of receiver, I didn't catch caller's information adequately.
Listening work was difficult to hear caller's message. I could arrange the sentence from the receiver's messsage, but caller's speed was very fast and there was a word I don't know.

4.I learned how to make phonecalls both sides of receiver and caller. It is important for caller to write down what I need to know. And, the situation of Leaving a message, it is important to catch the information from caller in the post of assistant. "Anything else?" is very great phrase for receiver!! It is kindness for caller who wanted to know the information, and they satisfied.

Per the task...check your answers on A, B, and G. They need to be corrected.

It sounds like you learned a lot from the phone conversation practice. Learning to be both the receiver and the caller is real good training. Also, the phrase "anything else" is VERY useful. Keep that one!
